Jay and Michelle’s Wedding 3/2014

This March I had a wonderful opportunity to photograph a old friend’s wedding in Melissa, Texas. I was so proud that she asked me to document such an important time in her life. Funny thing though, the night before the wedding I sprained my ankle really bad and had to go to the ER to make sure it wasn’t broken. I was freaking out because I wasn’t sure if was going to be able to walk. Thank goodness my friend was able to come along and help me. I was hobbling around in a boot but he carried all my equipment, helped me walk and organize people. Michelle and Jay were very understanding !!! It was a beautiful ceremony and I was able to capture many wonderful moments. Thank you guys. I feel truly honored! Here are just a few from Jay and Michelle’s wedding.

Bluebonnets…

Hello everyone… just to let you know… I am out of town this weekend but will start booking bluebonnet pics next week once I have all of our sport/event schedules. That way I won’t have to move everyone around if there is a conflict.

Beautiful mom to be!

This is from my maternity session last week. The mom to be is one of my oldest friends from Florida. We actually went to Jr. High and Highschool together. I am so happy for you Liz (you will always be Liz to me)… I am so glad you are finally getting to have what you have always wanted… and so glad to be a part of it! What a wonderful adventure you are about to embark upon. Congrats Aaron and Liz… love you guys!!!!

Mr. N is one!

Here are a few from my session today. Look at this big boy!!! He is gorgeous!

Even prettier than the tulips… Miss O!

I had a wonderful session this weekend with the beautiful Miss O. She played hard to get at first, hiding her face and hanging on mommy. But after only a couple of minutes she warmed up and showed me all of her toothy smiles. By the end of the session she was holding my hand. Priceless!

Beautiful couple… in love!

Meet the soon to be married couple. They are so in love and it showed through out their entire session. I only have one to share for now but I should have more soon.

My Mister E.

OK. So I have been working… I have just been so behind since my bout with pneumonia. I know, no excuses… but seriously… still catching up! My facebook account is way more up to date so if you REALLY want to see some recent work, please visit my FB page. So now… back to business…

My sessions with this little man are always exciting and full of personality. I love that it takes a minute for him to warm up and then, WHAM, I get these authentic images of him being E. Monkey, gorilla, peek-a-boo, all of this is purely Mr. E and shows how awesome it is to be a kid.

My award winning Girl and her new baby brother!

What can I say about my sweet little C except that she has an award winning (literally) smile and lashes. They go on for miles and miles… and guess what? Her baby brother got the lashes too! I had such an amazing time with these sweethearts AND I got lots of kisses too!!!!! PERFECT SESSION! (as a side note… mom is great real estate agent)

Mr. C is 2!

We had 2 sessions this month with Miss A and Mr. C. Poor C got a little bit sweaty so mom decided that he needed an air conditioned session! Either way, I think these babies are beautiful!

Dallas Stars Ice Girls

A couple of weeks ago I got the amazing opportunity to photograph 4 of the gorgeous Ice Girls. I had met a couple of them before while photographing the girls performing during a game but this time I got to work with them individually. Not only are they beautiful but friendly, fun and poised!!! You can see the girls at the following link http://stars.nhl.com/club/gallery.htm?id=30716.
